About Lakshmi Pooja
Lakshmi Pooja is the worship of Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth, prosperity and well-being. It is performed on Deepavali, on Fridays, on Sharad Purnima and when opening a new home or business. The pooja includes kalasha puja, Lakshmi ashtottaram, offerings of lotus flowers, sweets and coins, and aarti.
