About Lalitha Sahasranama Pooja
Lalitha Sahasranama Pooja is the worship of Goddess Lalitha Tripura Sundari with the chanting of her thousand names from the Brahmanda Purana. It is commonly performed on Fridays, on Purnima and during Navaratri, often with a kumkum archana for each name. Families perform it praying for harmony, prosperity and the well-being of the household.
