About Lakshmi Narasimha Homam
Lakshmi Narasimha Homam is offered to Lord Narasimha with Goddess Lakshmi, the protective form of Vishnu who saved the devotee Prahlada. Devotees perform it on Narasimha Jayanti, on Swathi nakshatra days or during difficult periods, praying for protection, courage and peace at home. The priest recites the Narasimha mantras while offering ghee and samagri into the fire.
