असुरीं योनिमापन्ना मूढा जन्मनि जन्मनि ।
मामप्राप्यैव कौन्तेय ततो यान्त्यधमां गतिम् ॥
అసురీం యోనిమాపన్నా మూఢా జన్మని జన్మని ।
మామప్రాప్యైవ కౌన్తేయ తతో యాన్త్యధమాం గతిమ్ ॥
asurīṃ yonimāpannā mūḍhā janmani janmani |
māmaprāpyaiva kaunteya tato yāntyadhamāṃ gatim ||
About chapter 16
Krishna lists the divine qualities that lead to freedom — fearlessness, purity of heart, charity, self-control, truthfulness, compassion and humility — and the demonic qualities that lead to bondage: hypocrisy, arrogance, anger and harshness. Desire, anger and greed are the three gates to hell. He advises living by the guidance of the scriptures.
