About chapter 6
Krishna teaches the practice of meditation (dhyāna): one must lift oneself by one’s own mind, for the mind is both friend and enemy. He describes the seat, posture, moderation in food and sleep, and how to steady a restless mind through practice and detachment. No effort on this path is ever lost, and the yogi who worships with devotion is the highest.
