About Triveni Sangam

Is this puja performed online or at the temple?
At Triveni Sangam. You book and follow it online; the puja itself is performed at the temple by a verified pandit who takes the sankalp in your name.
Do I need to visit the temple?
No. Give the names and gotra for the sankalp when you book, and the pandit performs the puja on your behalf.
Who performs the puja?
A verified Rutviju pandit at Triveni Sangam. You will see the pandit’s name in your booking once assigned.
Can I provide my gotra?
Yes — the gotra is part of the sankalp and is asked when you book.
Will I receive photos and video?
Yes. The pandit uploads photos and a video of your puja to your booking in My Online Pujas.
Is prasad included?
This puja does not include prasad delivery.
Can I choose the date?
Yes — choose any open date above. Dates close when they are full or shortly before the puja.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, up to 24 hours before the puja, from My Online Pujas; the full amount is refunded to your Rutviju wallet.
Do I need to book shraddha on all fifteen days?
No. Book the shraddha on the tithi on which your ancestor passed away (of either paksha). If you don’t know it, book Sarva Pitru Amavasya, which is for all ancestors.
How do I find the death tithi?
It is the lunar day (tithi) on which the person passed away, not the calendar date. Your family panchang or priest can find it from the date of death; if it is unknown, choose Sarva Pitru Amavasya.
